ROLE The People Experience Specialist will work directly with Farfetchers and the wider People Team to provide personalized guidance and solutions on a variety of People-related activities. The main goal of this new function is to foster an outstanding experience for our employees, at all stages of the people journey, while working on process efficiency and standardization.
