With 42 nationalities represented among our 180+ team members, we champion diversity as a catalyst for creativity, collaboration, and unparalleled innovation.We believe that by embracing a multitude of backgrounds, cultures, and viewpoints, we can truly understand and cater to the needs of our global community of event organizers and participants.Our full remote opportunities empower our team to thrive, no matter where they are in the world, fostering a culture of flexibility and inclusion.We are looking for a dynamic and strategic People Development Partner (or employee experience partner) to oversee and enhance the employee lifecycle experience while driving learning and development initiatives.This role will focus on onboarding, integration, training, and offboarding, ensuring employees and managers are supported throughout their journey at Swapcard.The ideal candidate will also contribute to broader People & Culture initiatives and activities, including engagement, performance, and workforce planning.Key Responsibilities:Employee Lifecycle ManagementDesign and deliver engaging onboarding programs and sessions.Manage onboarding-related documentation.Oversee probation period check-ins and ensure smooth integration for new hires.Lead offboarding programs, conduct exit interviews, and report on key trends.Support the People Operations Manager with onboarding and offboarding administration.Learning & DevelopmentManage our Learning Management System (e.g., 360Learning) and other tools for creating learning content.Own learnings trainings analytics, including KPIs, reporting, and survey analysis.Develop and implement manager training programs.Manage employees learning requests and internal training initiatives.Contribute to performance management initiatives, including review cycles, level framework enhancements, and coordinating performance improvement plans.Support recognition and reward programs to foster a culture of appreciation.Employee Engagement & RetentionProvide People guidance to managers on employee development and well-being.Address employee benefits inquiries and ensure clear communication.Collaborate on workforce planning and talent strategy alignment with business goals.Support compensation program development and implementation.QualificationsProven experience in HR, Learning & Development, or Employee Experience roles.Proficiency utilizing Learning Management Systems (e.g. 360Learning) and other learning content creation tools.Strong skills in analytical and CRM tools, particularly Google Sheets and Excel, for data tracking, analysis, and generating insights.Solid expertise of onboarding, training, and performance management processes.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to build relationships and provide guidance to managers and employees.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and report on HR metrics.Swapcard's Interview processOur thorough interview process aims to identify exceptional talent to advance our mission while offering you a chance to explore your career potential at Swapcard.Screening Interview with a recruiter from our people team.A remote exercise to demonstrate and assess your skills.Manager review with your future reporting manager.Leadership review with one of our department leaders.Reference check conducted by our people team.Offer.Swapcard's Values Curious: We ask questions and try new things.
