Job Description: The Pentest Service Delivery Officer ensures the running of ongoing pentest campaigns. He also performs reporting of audits and reports to top management.
Main Responsibilities:
Support the formalization of an annual pentest roadmap and perform global follow-ups regarding ongoing pentests.
Ensure the validation of the pentest roadmap from relevant stakeholders and prepare and coordinate pentest realization.
Communicate to responsible entities the capacity of the Pentest delivery team to perform pentests and gather feedback from Ethical Hacking Specialists to formalize reporting to management, ensuring that deadlines for pentests are met.
Serve as the point of contact to gather requests for ad-hoc pentests and formalize weekly reporting regarding ongoing pentests to relevant stakeholders, reporting progress and blocking points regarding action plans to top management.
Identify regulatory requirements that can lead to a pentest need from entities, report alerts if needed, and gather all findings and recommendations from finalized pentests in a centralized tracker.
Technical Skills:
JIRA or similar tool
Structure and conduct an internal audit
General knowledge in cybersecurity risks, frameworks, and requirements
General knowledge in IT and cybersecurity regulatory frameworks
Global knowledge of IT, its major processes, assets, and solutions
