Job Description To manufacture and sell products globally, the role as a central PDM business analyst is crucial to manage product-related engineering data considering all aspects of data quality along the Product Lifecycle. In our central Master Data Management team, we are looking for a reinforcement in the team for the following tasks:
Coordination of business requirements to ensure maintenance processes of product-related data of our physical as well as digital products along the Product Lifecycle.
As a business analyst, you are the link between the business requirements and the IT team for a smooth implementation in IT solutions.
Design and ensure end-to-end business processes to maintain product engineering data centrally throughout the business organization along the Product Lifecycle.
Close alignment of data definitions and standards with the colleagues of master data to ensure data of high quality.
Know-how transfer of existing and changed processes to the support team that will guarantee operational processes in the engineering teams as well as manufacturing plants.
Documentation of established processes according to the BPMN to ensure know-how and to train the business partners.
Qualifications You studied computer science, information systems or similar.
You preferably have previous work experiences in the area of product engineering processes.
MDM, PDM, PIM or PLM sounds familiar to you.
Strong communication skills, empathetic and willing to drive changes.
Experience with workflow tools and their implementation.
Experiences in agile methodologies as well as coordination of user stories across various teams.
You like working in an international and motivated team that keeps in contact closely.
