Job Description: The Payroll Administrator is responsible for meticulously collecting and maintaining data on employee payrolls.
You will be essential in establishing time control, monitoring absences, calculating salaries, and preparing payments, all while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities: - Attendance Data Management: Collect and manage attendance data, ensuring accuracy in tracking employee hours worked, absences, and overtime.
- Payroll Processing: Calculate payroll, update records, and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain and update employee payroll information, ensuring all data is current and compliant with company policies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Prepare and process payments to social organizations such as Social Security, ensuring adherence to all legal requirements.
- Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, providing excellent support and resolving any payroll discrepancies promptly.

Qualifications: - Proven experience in payroll administration or a similar role.
