.About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Integration Partnerships Manager to join our team. This candidate will be pivotal in driving the acquisition of new tech partners (primarily property mgmt. systems and channel managers) and managing our ongoing relationships with existing tech partners to expand our coverage within their customer base and increase our market penetration. This role does not offer a structured career path yet; instead, it offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact our GTM motion by developing and shaping a critical function from the ground up.Key Responsibilities:Partnership Acquisition:Develop a robust pipeline of potential partners by a) leveraging outbound marketing strategies as well as b) collaborating with regional solution consultant and product specialist teams to track inbound integration requests from both partners and end users.Accelerate the integration process by coordinating closely with internal integrations and development teams and engaging in targeted 1:1 calls with key partner contacts.Document and update the integration status of the partner pipeline in the CRM, and provide regular reports to leadership on short to mid-term pipeline and acquisition strategies.Partnership Management:Maintain and enhance relationships with existing PMS partners to increase share of wallet and penetration.Regularly connect with partnership points of contact to identify opportunities for greater collaboration (co-marketing activities, integration improvements, etc)Monitor and analyze key partner engagement metrics (# of mutual users, share of wallet, feature coverage, partner satisfaction/health etc.)Collaborate with regional solution consultants and marketing teams to plan and oversee co-marketing campaigns, including joint webinars, newsletters, and offline events, with the support of an internal PMS marketer.Work closely with the solution consultant team and product specialist teams to gather insights on feature requests/bugs on specific integrations reported by end users, advocating for necessary product enhancements with the integrations/development team.Travel to conferences and industry events to strengthen existing partnerships and forge new ones.About You:A minimum of 4 years of experience in partnership management working with partners and stakeholders internationally is preferred; however, experience acquiring and managing large enterprise accounts (internationally) may also suffice.Proven track record in successfully onboarding new partners (or large clients), showcasing persistence and a sales-oriented mindset in outbound scenarios.Ability to creatively overcome outreach and engagement challenges through innovative and diverse communication strategies beyond emails, including LinkedIn and direct calls.Strong interpersonal skills, with a knack for building and maintaining robust partnerships.Strong experience in co-marketing initiatives and leading cross-functional projects
