Responsibilities Support the technical design of tower structures for wind turbine projects, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards.Develop detailed task plans based on high-level project timelines, coordinating all phases of the design process.Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and project milestones.Monitor project progress, manage risks, and make necessary adjustments to plans, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.Communicate and document decisions made throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and traceability.Qualifications Master's degree in Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Minimum of 6 years of experience in engineering, with at least 3 years focused on tower engineering for wind turbines.Proficiency in ANSYS APDL and Excel VBA; 4+ years of hands-on experience using these tools.Proven ability to deliver at least 3 project designs or technical inputs to major wind turbine projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment, having led or participated in 5+ project planning discussions across diverse stakeholders.Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and document the impact of design decisions on the overall project.Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to remain proactive and not reactive, particularly in the face of project scope changes or unexpected challenges.Adaptable and open in supporting changing project requirements, ensuring impact is fully understood before implementing new actions.High team spirit and a commitment to continuous personal and professional development.Capable of handling cross-functional collaboration effectively, with appropriate interpersonal skills across diverse teams and cultures.What we offer We are committed to providing an enriching and flexible work environment where you can thrive both professionally and personally.
