(part-time) Customer Service for Viaplay As a customer service representative at Viaplay, you will handle user inquiries across various communication channels: voice, email, chat and social media.
What you'll do Guide users through account setup and login issues;
Troubleshoot streaming quality, buffering or content playback problems;
Provide assistance on compatibility, installation and device settings;
Help users manage subscriptions, update payment methods and resolve billing issues;
Assist with subscription pauses or cancellations;
Collect and communicate user feedback for platform improvements.
What you'll need High school diploma required;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information;
Interest in Movies, Series, and Sports;
Experience in Customer Service (preferred).
Part-time: 9am-1pm or 5pm-9pm Monday to Sunday;
