What Youll Do: Investigate and Resolve: Assess escalated cases for policy violations, safety concerns, and respond to inquiries via phone, helpdesk, and live chat.

Proactive Problem-Solving: Make informed decisions based on analysis, ensuring all resolutions align with company policies.

What Were Looking For: Language Proficiency: C1-C2 in Croatian/Serbian and B2 in English, both spoken and written.
