(Part-Time) Customer Service For Viaplay

What you can expect As a customer service representative at Viaplay, you will handle user inquiries across various communication channels: voice, email, chat and social media.
What you'll do Registration and Sign in: Guide users through account setup and login issues;
Streaming: Troubleshoot streaming quality, buffering or content playback problems;
App & Device support: Provide assistance on compatibility, installation and device settings;
Account and Payment: Help users manage subscriptions, update payment methods and resolve billing issues;
Pause and Cancellation: Assist with subscription pauses or cancellations;
Feedback: Collect and communicate user feedback for platform improvements.
What you'll need Fluent in English;
High school diploma required;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information;
Interest in Movies, Series, and Sports;
Experience in Customer Service (preferred).
