Support the BPOs in defining the Core Model by bringing local inputs
Ensure core model are respected locally (Group rules and local adaptations)
Adapt, when necessary, the macro-process to local specificities
Bring the voice of the sites / operating to ensure processes are designed smoothly and simplify the life of end users
Participate on testing the target solution
Ambassador at region / country level for the process adherence
Ambassador for change management
Train the key users of the solution
Perfil ideal
At least 8 years of Accounting / Procurement and T&E experience in Procure to Pay context
Experience and understanding of GBS / Shared Services environments
Knowledge in SAP ECC6 and S4/HANA ERP
Fluent in English
Project management to manage timely execution
Experience in interaction with Finance Head quarter leaders in large multi-international company
Able to travel occasionally to attend some meetings with countries (to confirm)
Experience in process design, process mapping, improving process quality, process review and compliance
High degree of customer orientation
Ability to apply continuous process improvement concepts and tools
Rigorous & Organized

Leadership to influence country CFO, HQ Group Controlling Leader and Business Process Owner
