About the role:
We are looking for an Owner Experience Agent to join our team and provide exceptional support to our hosts. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional and timely support via email and phone.
Responsibilities:
Provide professional and timely owner support via email and phone.
Respond to level 1 owner inquiries and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Serve as the first point of contact for owners regarding active booking issues and requests.
Take ownership of issues and give your best to solve them, or otherwise escalate to the appropriate department.
Ensure quality and professional service at all times, maintaining a high level of owner satisfaction.
Maintain a full understanding of GuestReady owner processes and tools, staying up to date on changes and updates to our systems.
Be proactive in finding creative solutions to owner requests, using your knowledge of our services and resources to provide exceptional service and exceed owner expectations.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in written and verbal French, English and Portuguese.
Ability to multitask.
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
Comfortable with technology.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
