Order Support Specialist for Tech Company – Polish speakerAs an Order Support Specialist, you will receive escalations from customer-facing colleagues and work under strict regulations. You will handle complex issues relating to the fulfillment of online orders placed by customers who expect the very best consumer electronics devices.
Ensuring a swift and fast resolution for problems occurring during the lifetime of a web purchase is the focal goal of this role. From order induction to item delivery, and from handling flavor changes to RMA completion, the Retail BackOffice Team owns this process.
What you'll doReceive escalations from customer-facing colleagues and work under strict regulations, committing time to handle complex issues relating to online order fulfillment;Ensure a swift resolution for problems occurring during the lifetime of a web purchase, from order induction to item delivery, and from handling flavor changes to RMA completion;Liaise with partners and provide direction for issue resolution to achieve quick customer satisfaction;Perform tasks in SAP at a high detail level for record-keeping, requiring utmost attention to detail and accurate adherence to KBase protocol.What you'll needNative Polish speaker;Fluency in English (minimum B2);Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressure;Very good accuracy and attention to detail;Proven ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision;Strong problem-solving skills to deliver customer-focused solutions;Experience working in a back-office environment with customer satisfaction in mind;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Interest in self and team KPIs;Knowledge of SAP is an advantage, but training will be provided;Flexibility to accommodate order volume, which may include overtime work.Apply nowBecome a member of a worldwide team.
