YOUR ROLE Provide customer support in repair/replacement process management of non-functional parts. Act as the end customers point of contact to support and manage the RMA process. Provide information and assistance to end customers regarding standard services and service catalog offerings. Ensure that the RMA lifecycle occurs according to the defined process and ensure that deadlines for repair/replacement of parts are met. Initial training will be provided.
YOUR PROFILE At least B2 level in Italian and English languages. Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and dynamism. Good communication skills. Availability for hybrid work. Availability for on-call. Nice to have:
