Job Role: Solution Architect
Role Description: Must have expertise in multiple technical areas and should have exposure to the entire Cloud HCM SaaS / PaaS, Oracle Visual Builder etc.
Working knowledge of web service development and architecture (SOAP/REST).
Must have functional knowledge of HCM Cloud modules that is needed to understand the requirements to design & build the solution.
Must have deep understanding of HCM SAAS data Schema / data model.
7 years' experience Architect Reporting Analytics solutions for Oracle cloud.
7 years' experience developing, implementing integrations using HCM extracts and BIP.
4 years of Oracle cloud data model knowledge in HCM and Finance.
Should be good with SQL tuning apart from best practices to be followed in HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, OTBI & Fast Formulas.
Foundational knowledge in AI / ML is desirable.
Job Summary: The candidate will play a highly strategic role to deliver successful enhancements for HCM Cloud suite, with the following responsibilities:
7 years of Implementation / Support experience in implementing Oracle HCM Applications. Worked with Functional team to deliver technical backlog in at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud Suite.
Must play a hands-on role to resolve issues in implementation projects, build POCs based on the requirements, work on enhancing and building new tools related to HCM data migration and HCM reporting.
Must have functional knowledge of HCM Cloud modules that is needed to understand the requirements to design & build the solution.
Qualifications Graduate with Engineering and IT specialization
