Your mission will be… Assist in the development and implementation of our Integrated Management System (Quality & Business Continuity) and Continuous Improvement initiatives;Support the analysis of current processes and identify areas for improvement;Collaborate with various departments and countries to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures;Participate in the preparation and execution of internal audits / assessments;Contribute to the development of training plans and training materials for the organization;Assist in the collection and analysis of data to monitor performance and identify trends;We are looking for someone with… Recent university graduate in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Management);Fluent in English (written & spoken);Proactive, curious and eager to learn;Reliable, organized, with good analytical and problem-solving skills;Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Digital mindset: interest and experience in IT solutions/applications;Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;Basic knowledge of quality management principles and continuous improvement methodologies.What you can expect from us… A 12-month internship with allowance on a hybrid and flexible working model designed to enhance your work-life balance while supporting your studies.
