Your Role: What You'll Do As part of the Operations Customer Team , you will: Provide high-quality support through voice and email channels.
Manage claims efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Leverage sales skills to identify cross-selling opportunities.
Deliver exceptional service, fostering strong customer relationships.
What Were Looking For We value skills and attitude over experience, but having these qualifications is a plus: Experience: 6+ months in customer service and/or sales.
Communication Skills: Proficiency in managing both voice and email communication.
Tools: Knowledge of PDEADS (preferred, but not mandatory).
Language: Fluency in Spanish and English (training provided in English).
