Your Role: What You'll Do As part of the Operations Customer Team, you will:
Provide high-quality support through voice and email channels.Manage claims efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.Leverage sales skills to identify cross-selling opportunities.Deliver exceptional service, fostering strong customer relationships. Experience: 6+ months in customer service and/or sales.Communication Skills: Proficiency in managing both voice and email communication.Tools: Knowledge of PDEADS (preferred, but not mandatory).Language: Fluency in Spanish and English (training provided in English).
