Superior organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail are essential.Communicate Effectively:Collaborate with internal and external partners, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills to keep everyone aligned. What are we looking for?Education:B.A. or B.S. (recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply!).Experience:1-2 years of experience in operations, analytics, or related fields (internships count!). Exceptionalorganizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong sense of follow-through. Strong analytical thinking is a strong plus. Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
