This is an onsite-only position for individuals passionate about providing exceptional customer service in the website technical solutions industry. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers seeking support for technical issues related to our advanced website solutions.
While prior experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, it is not a requirement. We value candidates who are eager to learn, have strong problem-solving skills, and are committed to delivering high-quality service. You will receive extensive training to help you succeed in your role and become a key part of a growing team.

Key Responsibilities: Provide top-quality customer service to Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with technical issues related to website solutions via phone, email, or chatResolve technical issues and provide step-by-step troubleshooting assistance to clients for website-related queries such as setup, configuration, or functionality issuesHelp customers navigate website tools, understand features, and offer advice on how to make the most of our solutionsMaintain clear and accurate records of all customer interactions and actions taken within the company's CRM systemEnsure customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient issue resolutionFollow company guidelines and processes to troubleshoot, escalate, or resolve issues efficientlyProvide feedback and insights to management on customer concerns, product performance, and potential improvementsWork closely with internal teams such as technical support and development to ensure accurate solutions for customersMaintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies regarding data protection and customer privacyCollaborate with the team to improve internal processes and enhance the overall customer experienceTake ownership of customer issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner, and provide follow-up as neededDemonstrate a strong understanding of website technologies, tools, and common issues related to online platforms Skills and Qualifications: Fluency in Dutch (C2 level required)Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level preferred)Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not mandatoryTechnical aptitude or willingness to learn about website technical solutionsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a customer-centric approachStrong problem-solving abilities, with a methodical approach to troubleshooting and issue resolutionAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyAttention to detail and ability to work through repetitive tasks with accuracyAbility to manage stress and maintain composure while addressing customer concernsDemonstrates professionalism, empathy, and patience in every customer interactionEU ID required to work legally in PortugalResidence Card required for non-EU nationals Additional Benefits:Health and Life Insurance: Comprehensive coverage for you and your family from day one of employmentCareer Growth Opportunities: We believe in nurturing our employees' potential.
