Salary:Annual Gross 15.000 Euros (inclusive of holidays Allowances)
Schedule:Tuesday to SaturdayorMonday to Thursday – 9h00 to 17h30
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a 3 month temporary work from home position based in Portugal.
We are looking for a?Onboarding Support Agent?to join the team to support our partner,CleverCards,during their busy season from?November through January.
This is a vital role that will support our partners?fraud operations team to make informed decisions relating to client onboarding in-line with AML regulations.
This position requires a strong attention to detail and analytical skills.?Onboarding Agents play a critical role in?identifying?and preventing fraudulent activities on behalf of?our?partner.
The ideal candidate will thrive when helping people and problem solving, applicants should also enjoy a collaborative remote environment.
Duties will include conducting thorough Customer due diligence checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate potential risks.
This role will require rotational weekend cover throughout the contract, this includes December?& holiday periods.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Conduct comprehensive customer due diligence checks to verify the identity and legitimacy of new businesses.??
Verify client data and conduct KYC checks to?comply with?regulatory requirements while opening accounts with?CleverCards.??
Utilise various tools and databases to conduct background checks and verify customer information.?
Maintain?accurate?and detailed records of customer due diligence activities and findings.??
Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.??
Carry out any other duties requested by the line manager in relation to the role.?
Continuously reviewing opportunities to streamline processes and implement any process or system changes that will drive efficiencies and improve Customer experience.??

ABOUT YOU
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.??
Knowledge of payment ecosystems and/or experience in AML/KYC is a big advantage.??
Self-motivated, analytical thinker with a strong attention to detail.??
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.??
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.??
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment?
