As we are working towards elevating our customer and patient experience through omnichannel engagement, we are looking for a new talent to fill the position of Omnichannel Marketing Manager, in the Centralized team of our Omnichannel Hub South, covering Ireland, Belux, Switzerland, Austria and Portugal. About the role As part of the centralized team of Omnichannel Hub South, you will ensure that we offer a seamless omnichannel customer experience to healthcare professionals and patients, by elevating the omnichannel capabilities across the hub markets. As a capability builder, your key focus will be to support the design and implementation of internal processes and tools, leveraging One Pfizer best practices and generating new learnings across the Omnichannel Hub South markets. You will collaborate with various international stakeholders and internal clients to ensure alignment and progress towards our omnichannel vision. Main responsibilities Lead the development roadmap for your dedicated omnichannel capability and/or key Pfizer channels with a strong data component. Facilitate change management towards omnichannel excellence by piloting new tools, or new ways of working across the marketing organizations. Enable local omnichannel and marketing teams benefit from collective advantage through sharing and scaling best practice campaigns across the markets and design a data-driven framework to do so. Accelerate the uptake of omnichannel capabilities, tools and processes by leading trainings/workshops and stimulating best practice sharing, as well as helping with efficient escalation of roadblocks. Provide hands-on support to the local omnichannel teams on omnichannel project management and execution. About you Ideally Bachelor or Master degree in Management with a specialization in Marketing/Digital marketing; experience or educationin Pharmaceutical Marketing or Science or any other related field is a plus. At least 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing required. Strategic mind to understand business and customer needs and translate them into a digital omnichannel capability enhancement project; active ownership of prioritized projects. Strong interpersonal skills and intercultural mindset to connect with diverse types of stakeholders; team player
