We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive OKR Administrator to ensure the success of our Objectives and Key Results (OKR) process.
In this part-time role (10 hours per week), you'll help align teams, drive operational excellence, and support the strategic execution of our goals.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work across the organization, fostering collaboration and delivering impactful results.
Your TasksProvide operational support for all aspects of OKR (Objectives and Key Results) management.Maintain consistency and enforce standards for OKR nomenclature in Asana.Own and manage the OKR timeline, ensuring milestones are met and dependencies are addressed.Facilitate OKR review and crafting sessions, driving engagement and alignment.Develop and socialize an OKR playbook, including best practices and presentation materials.Organize and coordinate OKR-focused events, such as in-person OKR fairs and offsite workshops. You BringProven experience with OKR methodologies and best practices.Strong proficiency in Asana or similar project management tools.Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.A proactive mindset and the ability to drive processes independently.Strong communication and facilitation skills, including experience preparing and delivering presentations.Enthusiasm for fostering alignment and collaboration across diverse teams.Don't meet every single requirement?
