Today, in Portugal, we have more than 900 employees and 3 factories for the production of injectable medicines.
Hikma intends to recruit an Officer, Supply Planning (m/f) to integrate Supply Chain Department, on-site work. Main Responsibilities: Release Plan Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed inspection & packaging schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels for a 2-3 month horizon.Data Analytics & Reporting: Apply strong analytical skills to supply chain data to identify trends, optimize inventory levels, and support automation initiatives. Generate insights for reporting and management.Materials Management: Coordinate with QC, QA, and procurement to ensure timely availability of materials for the packaging plan.Automation & Process Optimization: Work on automation initiatives with the IT team, focusing on streamlining order management and planning processes. Use data analytics to support the transition and suggest improvements.Customer Delivery Management: Maintain and manage customer delivery schedules, provide weekly updates, and track delivery performance against targets.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in production planning, materials flow, and inventory control systems.Capacity Reviews & Demand Forecasting: Prepare periodic capacity reviews based on expected demand and engage with management to adjust planning as necessary.MRP & Inventory Planning: Run MRP meetings, align on safety stock levels, and establish reorder points in consultation with procurement and supply chain managers.Profile: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in supply chain planning or related field, with a focus on data analytics and automation projects.Advanced skills in ERP planning tools, Excel, and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI)Familiarity with project management and automation tools, as well as strong capabilities in data-driven problem-solving.Strong project management skills, with experience working on cross-functional projects, ideally including IT.Excellent organization, communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship skillsMust have strong attention to detail, and the ability to accurately deliver in a fast-paced environmentPharma experience is a plusGood knowledge of written and spoken EnglishWe offer: Direct contract with HikmaSalary appropriate to the functions performedLife insuranceHealth insuranceAnnual Performance BonusHigh career prospectsIf you think this is a good opportunity for your professional career, join us and contribute to Better Health, within everyone's reach, every day.
