Support the Global BPO in defining the Core Model by bringing local inputs
Ensure that the Core Model is respected locally (subject to local legislation)
Adapt, when necessary, the macro-process to local specificities
Bring the voice of the sites/operations to ensure processes are designed to smooth and simplify the life of the end users
Participate in User Acceptance Testing of the target solution
Be an ambassador at region/country level for the process adherence
Be an ambassador for change management
Train key users
Perfil ideal
At least 8 years of Accounting / Order-to-Cash experience
Experience and understanding of Global Business Services / Shared Services environments
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
Fluent in English
Project management experience to ensure timely execution
Experience in interacting with Finance Headquarter leaders in large multinational company
Able to travel occasionally to attend some meetings with countries (to be confirmed)
Experience in process design, process mapping, improving process quality, process review and compliance
High degree of customer orientation
Ability to apply continuous process improvement concepts and tools
Rigorous and organised
Proactive and results orientated
Leadership skills
Highly flexible, with an ability to work in a changing environment
Able to interact in a multi-cultural environment
