For one of the biggest names in tech, we are looking for Technical Support Agents. In this challenging role, you will help end clients solve technical problems and answer any questions they may have.

Tech savvy - you'll be working a lot with consumers with problems relating to mobile devices. You have the ability and will to absorb knowledge.
Required skills Working proficiency in English.
Experience in Technical Support is preferred.
Self-sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Connectivity, Systems & Devices.
Ability to follow technical troubleshooting steps.
High understanding of IT topics such as storage, networking, mobile device management.
Strong customer focus and commitment to excellence.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Ability to show empathy towards customers.
Positive & flexible attitude.
