Required skills
Fluent in Norwegian
Working proficiency in English
Experience in Technical Support is preferred
Self – Sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Connectivity, Systems & Devices
Ability to follow technical troubleshooting steps
Excellent communication skills
High understanding of IT topics such as storage, networking, mobile device management
You display of a strong customer focus and promotion of a commitment to excellence
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Ability to show empathy towards customers
You have a positive & flexible attitude
Attendance and punctuality
Ability and will to absorb knowledge
