We are looking for aCustomer Service Agent (m/f/d)to join our Center of Competence!
In this role, you will be responsible for...
Take care of the receipt, verification, qualification and further processing of all incoming customer tickets related to our train planning software. In close consultation with the relevant project managers, you'll analyze bugs reported by customers and make decisions regarding the distinction between a bug, feature, or change request (CR)
Ensure the agreed response and resolution times in accordance with the valid customer service level agreements (SLA's)
Verify error messages and pass them on to our development teams for correction or assist the customer with instructions and workarounds
Test bug fixes and new features/functions for the desired behavior
We're looking for someone who has...
Experience in user support and service request management - if that was in the IT sector, even better!What counts for us is that you enjoy technical topics, are not put off by complexity and be able to prioritize independently.
Customer needs are close to your heart and thanks to your solution orientation and structured way of working, it is not difficult for you to convince others
Strong communication skills, with the ability to grasp new topics quickly and listen actively
The ability to maintain professionalism, even in challenging situations
Either have existing knowledge of railway systems or you are eager about developing expertise in this field.
Experience with Jira, Confluence and JFrog Artifactory.
Confidence in using English (written and spoken) and possibly even speak another language.
