For one of our clients – a company offering a variety of services in the customer experience field, we are searching for focused, objective, and talented analytical-thinkers for the role of Non-Voice Content Analyst with Slovenian and English (Work from Sofia/Bulgaria).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Searching for and identifying patterns and trends.
Reporting regularly to the supervisors and informing them on observed patterns.
Investigating reported content and making a careful estimation of the given content.
Taking a professional approach and analyzing content for potential guideline violations.
Keeping up with internal policies and striving to be up-to-date at all times.
Requirements:
Fluency in Slovenian and English (both written and spoken B2/C1 ).
Objective, professional approach and talent for analysis.
Good time management skills with strong focus and an eye for detail.
Active interest in pop-culture and world events.
Available for work on shifts and motivated by a dynamic environment.
