For one of our clients – a company offering a variety of services in the customer experience field. We are searching for focused, objective and talented analytical-thinkers for the role of Non-Voice Content Analyst with Slovak and English (Work from Sofia/Bulgaria).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Searching for and identifying patterns and trends
Reporting regularly to the supervisors and informing them on observed patterns
Investigating reported content and making a careful estimation of the given content
Taking a professional approach and analyzing content for potential guideline violations
Keeping up with internal policies and striving to be up-to-date at all times
Requirements:
Fluency in Slovak and English (both written and spoken B2/C1)
Objective, professional approach and talent for analysis
Good time management skills with strong focus and an eye for detail
Active interest in pop-culture and world events
Available for work on shifts and motivated by a dynamic environment
