Please note that this is a night-shift role.Your Responsibilities: You are the main person of contact for our English speaking customers You will be part of a global customer care team You help to build-up our proactive customer care environment in Lisbon You take over your own projects and are responsible for planning, execution and reporting.
Requirements You are passionate about food You are a strong communicator You speak English at a native or fluent level You have a strong drive to help customers and to make them happy You have good writing skills You are hands-on, and have attention to detail You have a strong desire to learn and are not afraid to instantly apply new knowledge You have a valid Portuguese work permit or EU citizenship, Portuguese NIF and NISS, and are currently residing in Portugal.
We are currently recruiting a Night Shift Customer Care Expert, which means your usual working hours would be between (the time may be changed according to the needs of the Company) - there is a payment increment for working those hours.
