To strengthen our team and support the development of the RCTS network, we are looking for a Network Engineer .
This person will be responsible for the development and optimization of network infrastructure, with a focus on IP switching and routing.
Beyond daily activities, they will have the opportunity to participate in national and international projects, aiming to implement innovative solutions and share know-how with peer organizations.
The acquired experience will be applied to RCTS, implementing best network design and operations practices.

Responsibilities: Lead and actively participate in national and international projects; Implement process automation systems for networks; Design, plan, and manage advanced services, as well as configure network equipment; Ensure compliance with defined SLAs; Document processes and results achieved.
Main requirements Bachelor's degree or Bologna 2nd cycle Master's in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Computer Science; Knowledge of telecommunications in networking; Over two years of experience in IP network configuration and troubleshooting; Experience with routing and switching equipment configurations; Knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, ISIS, BGP) and QoS; Proficient in Ethernet protocols (STP, QinQ, LACP, LLDP, etc.
); Analytical skills; Teamwork skills; Goal-oriented; Good level of English.
Nice to have CCNP certifications and/or others relevant to the tasks; Network security; MPLS, Segment Routing, ISIS, EVPN; Knowledge of Network Automation and programming.
