Your responsibilities:
Ensure the quality of all beverages regarding consistency, taste, and presentation.
Consistently train the team, inspire and motivate them with energy and passion.
Optimise processes efficiently and set bar areas.
Monitor and maintain equipment.
Develop an innovative coffee and beverages menu.
