Position Overview We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who is a native or fluent German speaker to join our team in Malta. In this role, you will provide excellent support to our customers by addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues efficiently. This position offers a hybrid work model, combining both remote and on-site work, with a schedule from 7 PM to midnight for 40 hours per week across 5 days.
Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality service and prompt resolution of issues.
Assist customers with questions related to products, technical issues, and account management.
Maintain a positive demeanor while managing customer interactions and delivering top-notch support.
Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
Identify trends in customer feedback and escalate recurring issues as necessary.
Qualifications Native or fluent German speaker with strong communication skills.
Proficiency in English is a plus.
Prior experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred but not required.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to assisting customers.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
