About the Job
Can you imagine working with over 1100 employees in Portugal, with 8000 employees worldwide and keeping up with the technological transformation on a daily basis?! We are looking for Modern Workplace – Desktop Management.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer engineering or similar;
3+ years of experience in Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory administration;
3+ years of experience in Endpoint Manager SCCM/Intune administration;
3+ years of experience in Windows 10/11 implementation, configuration, maintenance and support;
3+ years of experience in 2nd line support;
Technical knowledge of Powershell, and M365 workloads;
Basic network knowledge (TCPIP, DNS);
Knowledge of ticketing processes and tools;
Good organizational skills, time management, multitasking and prioritization of tasks;
Enjoy working efficiently and effectively in a multidisciplinary and agile team environment;
Strong interpersonal skills and analytical skills;
Passion for understanding business models, development, monitoring, analysing problems, gathering evidence, identifying causes and finding solutions;
Proactivity in suggesting improvements in logging systems, metrics and alarmistics to better get your work done;
Proactivity in suggesting improvements to platforms and/or tools to assist in day to day work;
Able to adapt the speech to the various stakeholders with whom he interacts (business, engineering, etc.);
Retail experience/knowledge is a plus;
Availability for travel to Porto, Azambuja and Madrid;
Availability to perform on-call prevention;
Microsoft Certifications are valued;
