Job DescriptionAs a Mobile Team Lead at Devexperts, you'll be at the forefront of our mobile development efforts, leading a team of talented developers to create cutting-edge mobile trading applications for brokerage and over-the-counter (OTC) trading. We're looking for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is unafraid of challenges, and is committed to delivering high-quality solutions.
At Devexperts, you'll join a highly efficient, multicultural, and distributed mobile team. While your immediate team comprises no more than 10 mobile developers, you'll also become a vital part of our expansive Mobile department, which already boasts over 50 members and continues to grow.
During your typical day as a Mobile Team Lead, you will: Lead a team of mobile developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful delivery of mobile applications.Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, prioritize tasks, and set realistic timelines.Drive the technical direction of mobile development projects, making informed decisions about architecture, tools, and frameworks.Take ownership of the development process, from planning and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.Proactively identify and address technical challenges, finding innovative solutions to complex problems.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the mobile development team.Coordinate with other team leads across projects and the Head of Mobile to share best practices, align priorities, and ensure consistency across the organization.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced mobile development environment.Strong technical background in mobile development, with expertise in iOS or AndroidExcellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure, manage stress effectively, and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.Experience or interest in the financial technology industry, particularly in building mobile trading applications or platforms.Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning.Life in Devexperts We will only achieve our mission if we live our culture.
