Mixologist / Bartender / Barmaid

We are recruiting highly skilled mixologists, barmaids, and bartenders to join our dynamic team at our premium venue in Cascais.
As a mixologist, barmaid, and bartender, you will create and serve exceptional beverages to our guests.

Responsibilities: • Oversee the bar area, providing exceptional beverage service to all guests.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Prepare and maintain ingredients for the beverage menu.
• Adhere to proper alcohol handling, restaurant standards, procedures, rules, and health and safety requirements.
• Conducted daily supply inventory for the bar and submitted orders to the supervisor, financial controllers and auditors.
• Maintain a clean work and dining area, including polishing glasses and silverware.
• Develop new cocktail recipes to enhance the menu.
• Support servers with table service when needed.
• Provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Certified or trained in modern mixology & bartending.
• Experience in bartending, Mixology and Flair bartending.
• Organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills.
• Be a native or fluent English speaker with a C1 level proficiency.
Display effective communication skills in English.
The ability to convey information clearly, follow instructions, and interact professionally with colleagues and the public is essential.
