DescriçãoEnsure the medical expertise of the affiliate in relevant therapeutic areasProvide medical-scientific updates on therapeutic areas, products, and competitorsDesign and manage local clinical studies and Investigator Initiated StudiesPrepare and update the annual medical plan for each product and manage the budgetIntegrate medical activities into the brand strategy and planImprove medical department systems and processes for best practiceMaintain relationships with key thought leaders and external expertsReview and approve promotional materials and regulatory documentsFacilitate participation in international clinical trials and provide protocol feedbackProvide medical support to the Pharmacovigilance Unit regarding adverse events reported in clinical trials on relevant ProductsUndergo and stay updated with relevant training and proceduresIdentify and liaise with potential sites for clinical studiesSupport the annual scientific training plan for the sales forcePerfil idealMedical (highly preferred) or master's degree in life science related subjectsMinimum of 3 years' working experience in clinical context or in pharmaceutical/biotechnological industry, in a scientific/medical role, within cross functional teamsExperience in oncology. Experience in onco-gynecology and companion diagnostics is a great plus.Ability to transform strategies into feasible and realistic actionsAbility in leading, motivating, and coordinating cross functional teamExcellent knowledge of the health sector and of its developmentEffective management of the work in a matrix structureKnowledge of financial principles and processes
