We are looking for an experienced Master Data Steward specializing in Production & Materials to join our Data Insights & Analytics Team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the accuracy, consistency, and governance of all production and material-related data across our global operations. Your contribution will drive efficiency and data integrity, supporting informed business decisions and enhancing production processes.
Key Responsibilities Data Governance: Ensure data quality and integrity by developing and implementing data governance standards, policies, and procedures for production and materials-related data.Master Data Management: Support in maintaining and overseeing all areas of Production & Materials master data (e.g., Bill of Materials, routings, production orders) to support smooth operations across all global production sites.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, supply chain, IT, and business analytics teams to align data requirements and solve data-related issues.Data Analysis: Perform data audits, analyses, and cleansing to identify inconsistencies and areas for improvement within the master data ecosystem. Knowledge of SQL is a must and reporting via PowerBI or SAC is an advantage.Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance data accuracy, streamline processes, and implement best practices for master data management.Training & Documentation: Develop training materials and deliver workshops to ensure that stakeholders understand data processes and adhere to governance protocols.Key Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience: 3-5 years of experience in master data management, specifically within production and materials domains is favorable.Technical Skills:Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP4Hana) and other data management tools.Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities; familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools is a plus.Problem-solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose data inconsistencies and implement solutions effectively.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing data accuracy, with a proactive approach to maintaining high data standards.Why Join Us?
