THE ROLE As our Senior Marketplace Manager at Indie Campers, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising our 3P business unit, a key component of our business model. You will ensure that our marketplace meets the needs of our customers and partners while driving growth and improving operational efficiency. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders. You will be joining our 3P team, as it's Leader, in our Lisbon HQ Office, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). WHAT YOU'LL DO: Develop and oversee the day-to-day operations of 3P Rental, ensuring smooth performance, prompt issue resolution, and process optimization for efficiency. Take responsibility for all KPIs, including GMV, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, aligning them with short-term and long-term business objectives in collaboration with the management team. Develop a team of Account Managers to enable supply growth and our partners satisfaction. Design and implement business strategies, products, and procedures to improve 3P usability and customer satisfaction, working closely with Product & Engineering. Translate strategic goals into actionable plans leveraging the capabilities of our central teams such as Growth, Data and Revenue. Build and manage key partnerships with service providers, ensuring strong relationships that drive mutual success, improve user experience and grow our product ancillary offerings. Oversee marketplace operations, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency for both our partners and customers. Stay informed of local and regional regulations relevant to marketplace development, becoming an industry expert and ensuring compliance in all marketplace activities.
