The company where you will work Space software company is recruiting a Marketing Manager (m/f/d).
Your new role
- Design and implement long-term marketing strategies to achieve growth and market objectives;
- Develop and optimize marketing channels such as social média, email, inbound marketing, supporting outbound sales efforts, and website management;
- Implement and manage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target high-value clients, utilizing platforms like HubSpot or similar CRM tools;
- Oversee marketing analytics and ad budgets to ensure efficient spend and ROI tracking;
- Coordinate content production across all channels (website, social media, etc.);
- Collaborate closely with Business Development and Sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives;
- Gather market insights and business intelligence on potential customers and competitors;
- Support in organizing and participating in events and trade fairs;
- Assist in HR and onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with company culture and growth strategies.
What you need to succeed We are looking for a professional with a degree in Management, Marketing, or another relevant field, with at least 5 years of experience in similar roles in the technology sector. Experience with the international market is a mandatory requirement, as well as fluency in English. Analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle technical information are required skills.
