We are recruiting for the role of Marketing Manager (M/F) for our Lisbon Office!Responsibilities:Contributing to the development of marketing strategies as well as marketing plans and responsible for implementing them in the hotel;Monitoring competition;Working with advertising agencies;Generating new ideas for customer incentives and accommodation or business packages and other marketing duties;Responsible for managing the hotel's social media and producing contents;Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors;Working with the Marketing leader and to develop targeted marketing strategies;Answering client queries about product specifications and uses;Maintaining relation with the hotels teams;Coordinate press trips;Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets the sales goals;Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communication;Proven work experience as marketing professional;Knowledge of modern marketing techniques;High-level communication and networking skills;A passion for social media (good photography and copywriting skills are a plus);Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies;Good project management skills;Have fantastic presentation skills;Be an excellent negotiator;Have exceptional communication skills;Think creatively to come up with exciting new campaigns;Own a driver's licence;Ability to work well under pressure;Availability to travel in Portugal;Benefits:Salary accordingly with the experience;Limitless opportunities to grow your career;Take advantage of special team member rates in our properties and others from the international brands that Ahm work with.#J-18808-Ljbffr
