Business and Category Analyst – Lisbon (m/w/d) About the job: You will be responsible for providing invaluable commercial insights that inform strategic decision-making and inspire growth within the soft drinks category. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop a category-centric mindset, reframing how we approach customer relationships and positioning ourselves as the partner of choice. Your success will be measured by AG Survey results, feedback, and other key performance indicators.
What you'll do: Analyze data and insights to identify industry, shopper, and consumer trends, informing strategic direction;
Partner with commercial teams to provide support with performance insights that drive better decision-making;
Devise long-term development strategies for CCEP's soft drinks categories;
Serve as an in-house market data specialist, crafting and selling our category story internally and externally;
Work closely with Field Sales Managers to align distributor category visions across channels and maximize category potential;
Liaise with Centers of Excellence/Strategic Planning to deploy an aligned category vision tailored by channel and consistently utilized across markets;
Partner with franchisors and CD Channel teams to ensure brand and shopper campaigns are rooted in category insights;
What the role requires: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field;
Proven experience in category management and/or market analysis, within FMCG companies would be a plus;
Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office suite (Excel);
Upper-Intermediate level of English + Intermediate level of Spanish;
Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives;
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels;
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities;
