The Marketing Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop work competencies, and acquire practical experience through participation in the development and management of marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, in close collaboration with other marketing teams.
Support the Marketing team with the development and execution of 360 launch campaigns with retailers, online and in-store across markets.
Assist the Category Manager with the operational launch of new products, managing collateral and materials for all new launches and in-store focuses.
Build collaborative relationships with internal departments and key external suppliers to support 360 launch planning & execution.
Collate and analyze new product launches and marketing activations on an ongoing basis.
Help compile internal reports (e.g., monthly marketing reports) and closely track and analyze competitor launches and activity.
Create marketing presentations for internal & external meetings.
Perform day-to-day administrative duties.
Assist in developing and implementing media campaigns.
Contribute to the generation of creative ideas within the department.
Manage own projects – dependent on development within the role.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills with strong management abilities.
Knowledge of marketing trends and digital platforms.
Sensitivity to the luxury and beauty sector.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commercial Management, Advertising, or related field; Master's degree is highly valued.
Fluent in English (C1); French and/or other languages are considered a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of Adobe Pack and/or CRM platforms is a plus.
Previous professional experience in marketing and/or retail positions will be considered a plus.
