Are you a consultative sales expert with a passion for digital marketing? We are seeking a Marketing Expert Representative to join our dynamic Advertising Sales team, focused on the Czech market. As part of a high-energy environment, you will play a key role in driving growth for small business clients, delivering tailored advertising solutions, and enhancing their business performance through Facebook products.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Connect with new and existing clients daily via phone, chat, and email to uncover sales opportunities and deliver customized advertising solutions.
Portfolio Management : Build and manage a book of small business clients, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and optimal advertising performance.
Market Expertise : Develop an in-depth understanding of the Czech market, and adapt solutions to local business needs and industry nuances.
Consultative Selling : Provide strategic recommendations to clients on product adoption and performance optimization.
Product Knowledge : Stay current on all Facebook Advertising solutions and their performance impact, sharing insights to improve the customer experience.
Problem Solving : Identify trends, address client challenges, and provide actionable product insights and feedback.
Success Stories : Advocate and highlight successful client cases that showcase growth through Facebook advertising.
Compensation & Benefits
Training : Comprehensive 12-day training program in English (8 hours/day).
Salary Options : 1,766.14 EUR monthly gross salary, including holiday and Christmas bonuses, meal card, and private health insurance.
1,397.44 EUR monthly gross salary with room allowance, holiday and Christmas bonuses, and meal card.
Additional Benefits : Private health insurance, meal allowance, and holiday bonuses.
Relocation Support
Travel & Administrative Assistance : Airport pickup, help with registration in Portugal, and initial EU flight reimbursement.
Annual Round-trip : Complimentary two-way flight ticket to your home country (within the EU).

Working Hours
Schedule : 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 17:00. Two days off per week, assigned by the shift manager.
