We focus on training and excellence.Join us for the next game!We are looking for our next Manual Tester: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related; Previous experience working as a Manual Tester or in a similar role within software quality assurance; Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies; Understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and processes; Knowledge of various testing types such as functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT); Ability to design, write, and execute detailed test cases and test plans; Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation, including test scripts, test scenarios, and defect reports; Proficiency in using bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, TestRail, or Quality Center; Ability to log defects with clear, concise, and reproducible steps; Meticulous attention to detail to identify even the smallest discrepancies and bugs in the software; Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret requirements and translate them into test cases; Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and determine root causes; Ability to think critically and creatively to anticipate potential issues and identify areas for improvement; Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders; Ability to document and convey complex information clearly and concisely; Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple testing tasks simultaneously; Experience in workingunder tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks based on project requirements; Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester, CSTE (Certified Software Tester), or other recognized testing certifications; Fluent in Portuguese and English.
