Contract: Fixed Term Contract - 12 months
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take charge of managing maintenance suppliers contracted by the company.
Define and implement the annual plan for preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment within the distribution center.
Ensure coordination with different functional areas of the company by informing, communicating, and planning maintenance work in and around the building in advance.
Oversee all maintenance work carried out by external entities.
Coordinate various tasks including installation, maintenance, repairs, technical assistance, or facility visits.
Compile and analyze maintenance, hygiene, and safety indicators, suggesting improvements and coordinating their implementation.
Develop and enhance the physical conditions and well-being of employees, as well as the specialties inherent to the smooth operation of the facility.
Support the implementation of the occupational health and safety management system, procedures and SOP.
Work directly with the facility's safety and health coordination department.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD:
Be curious.
Possess a Level 4 certification in occupational health and safety required.
Possess a sense of responsibility, critical thinking, organization, and management skills.
Have strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
Demonstrate good analytical and planning abilities.
Have proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Be available and flexible with schedules.
Candidates with knowledge in occupational health and safety are preferred.
