Support Lenovo Customers: Handle incoming cases from VIP customers, primarily through email and in some situations making outbound calls may also be necessary. Be Empathetic: Connect with customers from all backgrounds, ensuring everyone feels heard and valued. Reliability: Ability to work within the set deadlines and comply with SLAs and get in touch with customer over the phone from time to time. Fluent Dutch Language: You're confident communicating in Dutch Language, both written and spoken.
