Legal Counsel - AZ Services Portugal and SpainWhat you doProvide business-oriented legal advice to all levels of management and staffMonitor, research and address legal issues within the company / branchDraft and review contracts, agreements and corporate documents (e.g. rules of procedure), corporate resolutions and accompanying legal documentationEnsure implementation of internal governance policiesRaise awareness of, and develop risk mitigation measuresWork with the global Allianz Technology Legal community in developing and enhancing practices and proceduresWork in cross-functional teams as required and in line with evolving business needs and the regulatory environmentConduct trainingsClosely follow legislative processes both on a national and international level and help to identify necessary steps for their implementation at Allianz Technology SEOversee and steer external legal counsel, where applicableWhat you bring:A Master Degree in Portuguese and / or Spanish law or a similar qualification that enables you to practice (commercial) law in Portugal and / or Spain4 to 10 years' experience working as an in-house attorney in an international company or as an attorney in an international law firmExcellent language skills in English, Spanish and PortugueseA good understanding of the business environment and are eager to work in an international environmentThe ability to work well in a team and have excellent communication skillsAn entrepreneurial spirit and are well-organizedStrong negotiation skills and follow an analytical approachThe ability to work independently and be a trustful advisor to the local managementA keen attention to detailsAllianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
