Legal Counsel - AZ Services Portugal and Spain What you do Provide business-oriented legal advice to all levels of management and staff Monitor, research and address legal issues within the company / branch Draft and review contracts, agreements and corporate documents (e.G. rules of procedure), corporate resolutions and accompanying legal documentation Ensure implementation of internal governance policies Raise awareness of, and develop risk mitigation measures Work with the global Allianz Technology Legal community in developing and enhancing practices and procedures Work in cross-functional teams as required and in line with evolving business needs and the regulatory environment Conduct trainings Closely follow legislative processes both on a national and international level and help to identify necessary steps for their implementation at Allianz Technology SE Oversee and steer external legal counsel, where applicable What you bring: A Master Degree in Portuguese and / or Spanish law or a similar qualification that enables you to practice (commercial) law in Portugal and / or Spain 4 to 10 years' experience working as an in-house attorney in an international company or as an attorney in an international law firm Excellent language skills in English, Spanish and Portuguese A good understanding of the business environment and are eager to work in an international environment The ability to work well in a team and have excellent communication skills An entrepreneurial spirit and are well-organized Strong negotiation skills and follow an analytical approach The ability to work independently and be a trustful advisor to the local management A keen attention to details Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
